Privacy
With Cinnabar, privacy isn’t a promise — it’s the architecture. Here is exactly what that means.
Everything stays on your device
Your birth details, the photo you read, your generated readings, and your daily streak are stored only in Cinnabar’s private storage on your own phone. They are never sent to us or anyone else.
What never happens
Cinnabar does not request network access — the app cannot go online. There is no account, no cloud, no sync, no analytics, and no third-party trackers. Because there is no network, your data physically has nowhere to go.
Your photo
Face reading runs entirely on your phone. A selfie taken in the app is kept in a private cache and cleared automatically within 24 hours (or when you retake or leave). A photo you pick from your album is only read in place — never copied.
Sharing
A share image is created only when you tap share, and it is saved to your own photo gallery. Nothing is uploaded.
Daily reminder
If you allow notifications, Cinnabar schedules a gentle daily reminder locally on your phone. It uses no network and sends nothing anywhere.

A note
Cinnabar is a tool for reflection, drawn from classical texts. It is not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice, and it makes no claim to predict the future.
